This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CHF 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest are requested to inform the hotel of their arrival time. Guests can park their car outside the property or use the garage parking, both at a surcharge. Please note that only 1 pet can be accommodated in each apartment. In April 2024, construction work will begin in the area surrounding our Solaria vacation resort, which will last until the start of the 2024/25 winter season, and extensive road renovations will continue until around mid-July 2024.
