You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to contact the apartment at least 1 day prior to arrival in order to arrange a check-in and key collection. Please note that the property is located in a residential area, parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Fail to comply results in a PLN 5000 fine. Please note that the property is strictly non-smoking. Fail to comply results in PLN 500 fine. A surcharge of 150PLN applies for arrivals after 9 PM. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
