A damage deposit of EUR 280 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Optionally bookable: Linen sets can be rented individually and per person upon request; further information can be found in the additional rental information when booking. All prices do not include consumption costs (electricity/heating: €0.40/kWh; water: €1.50/m³). A deposit of €280 must be paid with the remaining payment. If the house is handed over without defects, the deposit will be returned immediately after departure and after deduction of energy and water costs.
