You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of BRL 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. A deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. Santana Temporada - Apartment Nossa Senhora de Copacabana will contact you after booking to provide bank transfer instructions. Paypal is also accepted. Please note, a BRL 300.00 security deposit is requested upon check-in. The full amount will be reimbursed if the accommodation is returned in the same conditions. Also, upon check-in a non-refundable BRL 100 cleaning fee is charged.
