You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will send you a payment link by e-mail after booking. Please make the payment right after receiving this link. Please note that there is no reception. Please provide your mobile phone number in the booking process, as you will receive a text message from the property several days before arrival containing a pin code for the apartment door. After booking, the property will contact you with payment instructions. A housekeeper is present on some hours a day, and can be reached by phone in urgent cases. Cleaning during the stay is available on request and at an additional cost. Please note that smoking is only allowed on the balconies and terraces. Please note that the photos are only examples of a specific room type. Actual rooms might be decorated differently and there is no guarantee that you will be accommodated in exactly the same room. If you are travelling with children, please always inform the property about the exact number of children and their age. Please note that the property operates a very strict no party, no gathering policy. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged automatically. Parking space is available only for 1 car with a maximum width of 2 metres. Additional parking against a surcharge is possible in the surrounding area.
