Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Guests can request car parking but it is subject to availability and property will contact them and let them know prior to taking payment for the accommodation whether or not a parking space is available. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
