To use the property's free shuttle service to/from Rusutsu Resort, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. The shuttle runs between 8:30-10:30, 15:00-18:00, and 20:30-22:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests who are paying with an American express credit card are required to provide the credit card's unique card code (CID) in the Special Request box at the time of booking. Children 6 and above will be charged an adult rate. Guests without a dinner meal plan who wish to eat dinner at the property must make a reservation at least 1 week in advance. * Dinner restaurant closed. (Wednesdays, Sundays, December 30th to January 2nd) *On regular holidays and when the restaurant is full, we will introduce nearby restaurants.
