This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties or single sex groups. Please note, double or twin room preferences cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. The property does not accept cash and payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card. If card details of a third party are used for the rooms, the property will require an email from the third party authorising the property to take the payment from their card. Photo ID of the guest will required on arrival. For groups which booking is 4 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The supplement of £20.00 per person per night will be charged at the property. Guests with further enquiries about the Children Policy/Pricing should contact the property directly prior to booking. Please note a parking fee of GBP 20.00 per day applies for van / 7 seated vehicles, £29.00 per mini bus per day (check in to check out times). Upon arrival a pre-authorization of £50.00 will be requested by bank card (chip & pin) per room. Due to COVID-19 situation the service of the rooms will be only once a week on a stayover. If you require a change of linen, please see the reception and they would be able to organise this for you. Hotel curently under refurbishment. Hotel is in need to some refurbishment and that’s why it is priced accordingly. Non-residents are strictly not allowed in the rooms, more than welcome to visit you in the lounge or ballroom. Early check-in/late check-out charges are applicable. Luggage storage is available - charges are applicable. Unpurchased Food / Drinks cannot be consumed in the Lounge, Ballroom, Restaurant.
