A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that we do not provide daily housekeeping service. PETS Assistance dogs, such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and dogs for those who are disabled, are permitted. Only selected rooms are pet friendly. Pets accompanying guests are in the sole care and are the responsibility of their owners. Dogs must be kept on leash in all public or shared areas. Pets must not disturb or otherwise disrupt the quiet enjoyment or safety of other guests stay. Appropriate food and water bowls, litter trays and supplies needed must be supplied by the owner, hotel property is not to be used for these purposes. Litter trays must be used on tiled surfaces only and kept clean and emptied regularly. Pets safety and wellbeing are the full responsibility of their owners while staying at Roomie Apartment Hotel and no liability will be accepted. Any damage caused to hotel property including but not limited to; scratching, chewing, urination or faeces will be incur an immediate $500 fine charged to the guest on the credit card provided. NON-GUEST VISITORS All non-guest visitors must be met & Accompanied by a named guest .The named guest is responsible for the visitor whilst onsite and liable for any damages, and room fees for that the visitor incurs. These visitors must not stay overnight in compliance with our Fire and Egress process. If Roomie Apartment guests wish to add extra people to their room occupancy this must be pre-arranged with the Management. Both One bedroom apartment and Loft Apartments are located on our brand new tower block and there is NO LIFT ACCESS AVAILABLE FOR THESE APARTMENTS. PAYMENT Payments of the full booking amount plus a security deposit of $100 is taken as a credit card pre-authorisation at the time of check-in. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10 working days (release times may vary, please check with the issuing financial institution). We require valid photo identification on check-in in the form of Driver’s License or Passport and evidence of your booking reference for bookings made via travel agents and OTA websites. You may be asked to present the credit card used to make the reservation at the time of arrival.
