Please inform Mister Highland Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that entire hotel is non smoking Please note the hotel pre-authorizes the credit card. Please note that our breakfast hall and some of the guest rooms are only accessible via stairs. Please consult the room descriptions for more information. If you have mobility issues, we request that you inform us so we can make your stay as comfortable as possible. Due to the character of the building, not all rooms can be accessed by our elevator. Renovation takes place Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 17:30. We do our best to keep construction noise to a minimum during the earlier hours of the day. Please note: When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
