Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests need to provide the credit card used for booking upon arrival. The card holder's name needs to correspond to the name stated in the guest's ID.
