Please note that a security deposit of EUR 100 (1-bedroom apartment), EUR 200 (2-bedroom apartment) and EUR 300 (3-bedroom apartment) is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the apartment. Please note that children staying in existing beds can benefit from the following discounts which will be provided at check-in: - children of age 2 and younger can stay free of charge in existing beds - children of ages 3 to 11 will be charged EUR 10/night when staying in existing beds The maximum of 2 children can stay in 1 room.
