Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Friday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 - saunday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Prices include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV, bed linen, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, reading e-mail and research), towels, 1 cleaning kit (to be left in the apartment), end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Parking is available at the entrance of the resort since the entire resort is in a pedestrian area. Please contact the hotel to book your parking space. Pets are allowed at the property for a fee of EUR 11 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per room applies. The Tour de France (11 and 12 July 2022) and the Harley Days (14 to 17 July 2022) will result in changes to traffic and parking from 6 to 20 July in Avoriaz.
