Beds are made on arrival, 2 sets of towels are provided. Supplementary towels and a final cleaning fee are not included and should be requested on site. For every stay of 1 to 6 nights, cleaning at the end of the stay is also included (except the kitchenette area and dishes). City tax is not included in room rates. Reception opening hours are: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 In July and August reception is open: Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 21:00. For stays of 7 nights of more guests should arrive from 17:00 and leave their accommodation before 11:00 on the day of departure. For all other stays guests should arrive from 15:00 and leave their accommodation at 11:00 on the day of departure. For arrivals outside these hours please contact the residence in advance. Please note that free shuttle to city centre is available in front of the residence every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday, except during bank holidays.
