Please note that full payment is expected on arrival at the Residence. Please note that the reception closes at 22:00, all late arrivals must be communicated to the property, otherwise guests will be charged an extra EUR 20. Please note that final cleaning is included. When booking a room-only rate, the first set of bed linen and towels is included. Additional changes of linen come at an extra cost of EUR 10 per person, while towels are at a surcharge of EUR 5 per person. When meals are included, cleaning and bed and bathroom linen are included and are changed every 2 days. Please note the free shuttle bus to/from the Porto Taverna beach is available from 01 June until 30 September. Beach service is free from 01 May until 22 May and from 18 September until 16 October.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
