A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that linen and end of stay cleaning are included (except cleaning of the kitchen). Guest will have to throw away their garbages. If pet allowed, fees : 50€ per week. A security deposit of €800,00 (not charged) will be required by credit card within 7 days prior to the arrival.
