Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment at the end of the stay. If this is not done, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. Please note that a copy of your credit card will be requested upon arrival. This can be used to charge for damages incurred by the accommodation during your stay. Please note that beds are not made on arrival. Bed linen is included. Towels are not included and can be rented for EUR 4 per person per stay. Pets can be accommodated for a supplement of EUR 10 per day or EUR 50 for stays longer than 5 days. Please note that our heated swimming pool is only open in summer (from June 1st to September 30th).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
