Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection takes place at Brisasol, 3 Carrer Vaixell. Reception is closed on Sundays. Please note that bed linen is included but towels are not. Bed linen is changed once a week. When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
