Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children below the age of 13 years cannot be accommodated without an accompanying adult. Children between 13 and 15 years of age are required to provide a document of parental authorisation upon arrival. Please contact the property for a template of the relevant authorisation form. Please also note that the surcharge for bringing a pet is EUR 25 per night.
