Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Relax Hotel & SPA Stuttgart in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If you want to use the wellness facilities, please reserve them well in advance. If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the hotel in advance. Upon arrival, guests must present a credit card for additional services. The reception closes at 12:00 on Sundays and public holidays. Please note that you can only relax in the wellness area during opening hours. The following times are possible by appointment: Monday to Saturday: 08:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sundays and public holidays: 08:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. Use per person: EUR 30 for up to 2 hours Each additional hour: EUR 15 per person Private use of the spa: EUR 50 once EUR 20 surcharge for use of the SPA on Saturdays between 12 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. or on Sundays and public holidays between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. (only possible with a private SPA booking) Baby cots are available on request.
