Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of NZD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking 4 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A valid credit card (not debit card) matching the reservation name will be required for security and payment. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard, and a 3% surcharge when you pay with an Amex card.
