Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid government issued photo ID upon check in. This ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note a licensed child care facility is available on site for children aged 3 - 7 years of age. Bookings are essential. Available Monday - Friday only. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Quest on Hobson in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
