Important Information

Payments are calculated according to the hotel's daily fixed exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR. The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded. Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the rooms. Late check out until 15:00 is available in the low season - from February to March. Please note: Early check-in before 12:00 – 50 PLN Late check-out until 18:00 – 100 PLNGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
