According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. The law applies to foreigners as well and in such cases, the passport will be necessary instead of the ID. When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The value of the pet fee is R$90 + 3% ISS per day. We accept small animals, up to 35 cm for dogs and 30 cm for cats. In the corridors, pets can only be placed on their guardian's lap; they are not allowed in the restaurant or swimming pool.
