Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest’s first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents.This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Please note that the property allows one small pet per unit and an extra charge of BRL 57.50 per night applies. We are a Pet Friendly hotel, and it is necessary to present a vaccination card at the time of check-in and the signed pet's accommodation term. The limit is 1 (one) pet per apartment and a fee of R$ 57.50 per night is added. Please note that extra beds are subject to availability and are not confirmed. Charges are applied.
