You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Extra beds are NZD 30 each. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
