Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Spa and gym facilities at this property are unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, Uruguayan citizens may be charged value added tax (VAT 10%) from November 15 to the day after Easter. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Please note that the hotel is smoke free and smoking is prohibited in all spaces.
