Please note that due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, the property reception is open between 10:00 and 16:00 daily. Self check-in and check-in outside of standard reception hours is also available upon request. Upon confirmation of booking, Premier Apartments will forward their Standard Terms and Conditions and Important Property Information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation. You will receive a secure link called SOTpay to complete your transaction. Due to security reasons this link can only be opened once and will expire after 24 hours. This property does not accept cash payments. Reservations for 4 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and full payment 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00-18:00. Bank holiday hours may differ. Reception is open Daily from 10.00 to 16.00, while time self check-in can be arranged. Room servicing will only occur if your stay is 7 nights or more.
