This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Bookings of 3 or more apartments are considered group bookings and a 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be debited from the guest's card at the time of booking. Please note the entrance to the car park is steep. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.
