Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Platinum Residence Mokotów in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the <b>Ask a question</b> box. A damage deposit of PLN 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception working hours are from 9:00 until 21:00. If checking out prior to reception opening hours, please leave the keycard in room and close the door. A surcharge of 120 PLN applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please note that the credit card used for booking has to be presented upon arrival to block 100 PLN deposit for incidentals. If guests don't have that card, another credit card owned by guests can be accepted for deposit. Please note that credit cards belonging to third parties, debit cards and virtual cards are not accepted. Platinum Residence Mokotów reserves right to pre-authorize credit card any time prior to the arrival as a warranty of the booking. Use of apartments for parties, celebrations or social events attended by more people than the apartment is rented for, is not allowed.
