Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is only one indoor swimming pool available at additional charge. Check-in takes place at the local office, open from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. Please provide your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance. Only cars with height under 2 metres can access the parking and cars with LPG installations are not allowed. Key collection and return takes place at the Sun & Snow office at the following address: ul. Toruńska 15 / U11, 80-747 Gdańsk.
