Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that we will require a £50 Refundable Security Deposit for your pet. Please note all the bedrooms in these properties are located on the 1st floor and are accessed by a spiral staircase. These stairs may not be suitable for persons with mobility issues.
