All children under 12 can only access the Spa pool when accompanied by an adult. Guests should specify their preference for bedding for any type of room prior to arrival. This includes requests for extra beds and the number of adults and children under 12 years old. This information should be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking and is subject to confirmation by the Hotel. For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a non-refundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card. As a sustainability measure, the indoor pool's water will only be heated to 25ºCWhen booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.
