Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Pension Happy Superior in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that the payments can be made in EUR or CZK. Some units come with a terrace which can be used only in summer season due to safety reasons, the terrace cannot be accessed in winter. Guests are required to show a photo identification card upon check-in (driving licence or insurance card are not sufficient).
