This family-run guest house is located on Gusterita Hill on the northern side of Sibiu 2.5 km from the centre, offering panoramic views over the city and the surrounding mountains.

Please inform Pensiunea Carmen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Restaurant Carmen is closed from Thu 28 Mar 2024 until Mon 01 Jul 2024 Please note that payment can be done by card, or in cash, also in EUR. Please note that the property does not have an elevator and the access to the rooms with various configurations located on the first and the second floors is exclusively on the stairs. Please note that in some rooms, guests are allowed to bring small pets ( dogs or cats ) maximmum 1 pet per room. The guests will pay an additional fee of 40 lei per pet per day and must contact the property for availability before booking. Starting with May 2023 we fully use only solar panels and 100% green energy. A charging station for electric and hybrid cars is waiting for you at our property parking daily from 10.00 AM to 22 PM Charging electric or hybrid cars is free for all customers staying with us. The property does not have reception service during the night. After 22:00, accommodation is done by self check-in
