As a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily suspended its shuttle services. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. The card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival to the front desk. Please note that any reservation for 6 rooms or more for the same dates or name will be considered a group and will have different booking conditions, deposit and cancellation policy. Please note that the card holders name must match the name on the booking. Guests who have provided a card that does not match their name are required to contact the property in order to fill out a third part authorisation form before arrival.
