Important Information

For all pre-paid reservations, guests will need to provide a credit card for pre-authorsation at check in. For 'room-only' bookings, the hotel will pre-authorise the card used for booking for up to the first night’s stay from 2 days prior to arrival. This is a temporary deposit for any incidentals such as damages, or smoking/ storing or smoking marijuana. Full payment of the your reservation is due at check-in. Non-refundable bookings are charged at the time of booking without the card holder present. Cash payments are accepted provided the credit or debit card can be pre-authorised and photo ID is shown at check in. Company bookings must also supply written authorisation in order for the company card to be charged before check in (when the card holder is not present). Please note that bookings of 4 rooms or more by the same person will be considered a group booking, and different conditions and policies may apply. Part or full payment may be required before check in. Late check out charges apply, and must be pre-paid. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A hot buffet breakfast priced from GBP 5.49 is available in the adjoining restaurant. The restaurant is a separate entity to the hotel, and all payments are made to the restaurant separately. For companies wishing to include breakfast with their room, please call the hotel direct to arrange this. Breakfast is served Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 11.30. Alternatively, a 'healthy option' continental breakfast box can be purchased from the hotel reception at GBP 5.49. A Lavazza coffee at GBP 1 is also available. The adjoining restaurant/ bar 'Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery' is open for other meals and drinks throughout the day and evening. Last order times may vary, please visit or contact the restaurant directly. Alternatively within 5-10 minutes’ drive, Milton Keynes offers a huge aray of restaurants with most cuisines and brands taken care of. We have a menu stand at reception containing some of the different menu samples and a list of the restaurants for you to consider. Local Takeaway food can be brought in by you, or delivered to eat in your room. Menus are available at reception, alternatively you can order through any of the takeaway apps ‘Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats.’ Please collect your order from Reception. Plates, cutlery and drinking glasses are provided in every room. A Fridge & Microwave, plates, cutlery and drinking glasses are provided in every room. Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. These requests must be made to the hotel and agreed in writing by the hotel at the time of booking.
