Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Patong Lodge Hotel - SHA Extra Plus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of THB 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by bank transfer on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with information on how to do so. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation. Kindly note that there will be a temporaly closure of the main building including pool terrace and pool bar starting from May 20th until August 31st, 2024. The working hours of the maintenance will be from 10.30-18.00 hrs. daily.
