Guests must provide a valid address and postcode when when making their booking. Parking: The NCP on Greyfriars Road is located directly opposite Park Plaza Cardiff. Guests of the hotel can receive a 25% discount if their parking ticket is validated at the hotel reception. This does not include tickets pre-bought on the NCP website. Guests may wish to use alternative car parks which are lower in price, however they are located at a further distance. Please note the card used for the booking needs to be presented on arrival. We no longer accept cash payments for rooms. Each guest on check in will have to pay by credit or debit card for their room rate and if they wish to leave a deposit for extras this must also be by card.
