If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or modification. This property will place an authorization on credit and debit cards for incidental charges for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking.
