Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for check-ins after 20:00, EUR 40 for check-ins after 21:00 and EUR 60 for check-ins after 23:00 until 1:00.
