Please note that the reception is open: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, Saturday 10:00 – 16:00 and closed on Sundays. There is an emergency after hours contact number for emergency cases. The property operates on a self check-in basis and guests arriving at the property must contact the management team at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a self check-in. A security deposit link will need to be completed and some form of photo ID will need to sent via email. For key collection, guests should report to the left of the Ocean Apartments reception located on the ground floor of block C at 2 Western Harbour Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN. If a booking is made on the day of arrival, the property will contact the guest for additional details related to their stay. A travel cot and/or high chair can be requested for your stay and is subject to availability. Please note bed linen is not provided for cots. Please note that we do not provide a daily cleaning service. We only provide a weekly service if a guest stays for 7 or more days. Breakfast packs are not available to be added. We reserve the right not to accept any bookings made from guests that reside in an EH postcode and the surrounding areas. We reserve the right not to accept single sex groups and/or hen/stag party groups. Our building is strictly a non-smoking property and reserves the right to levy a £200 deep cleaning charge in the apartment or building.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
