Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. As per Government Requirement all the guests including children staying in the hotel must present original government-issued personal identification upon Check-in (Passport or Emirates ID). This is applicable for guest who visit our apartments to meet our in-house guest. If the Guest Emirates ID is under process then visitor must provide original Passport. Those who fail to present their original Document at the time of Check-in or visiting, Nuran has the rights to denied entry. Please note that bedding preferences are subject to availability upon check-in. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that as per Government, visitors are not allowed in the room. Visitors may be met in the lobby only. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of AED 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
