You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that breakfast is served at The Highlander Hotel, located 100 metres away. The hotel operates with two nearby garages, one is Qpark Amsterdam Central (Prins Hendrikkade 20 a, 1012 TL Amsterdam) and Qpark Nieuwedijk (Nieuwezijds Kolk 18, 1012 PV Amsterdam) We offer a discount voucher at the reception. Airport shuttle is available with an extra fee, if you would like to book a taxi transport we can organize it on your behalf. The cost of a regular car (up to 4 people) is aproximately €65 with an off-peak transit time of 30 minutes or mini-van taxi cost is aproximately €85. From January 2024, Amsterdam will change it's tourist tax on hotel rooms to a flat rate of 12,5%, a change from the previous tax structure of 7% of the room rate plus €3 per person.
