Important Information

Please note that check-in takes place at Viale Antonio Gramsci 16 Florence. The wellness centre and indoor pool are open from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00. Children up to 14 years old are allowed to the spa until 18:00. Each guest can reserve a one hour session. A maximum of 15 people are allowed in the wellness, we recommend to reserve your free session a few days before arrival. The use of the panoramic hot tub comes at a surcharge of EUR 80€ for 45 minutes, including one bottle of Prosecco (or 60€ without the bottle). A small outdoor gym is available on the 4th floor terrace, from 8:00 to 22:00Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
