Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will be emailed with booking arrival information, so please provide your updated personal direct email address as part of the booking process. If you book at least 7 days in advance and for a minimum of 7 nights the property will offer a free airport pickup service (maximum 4 guests) and continental breakfast is free for the first day, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that check-in before 15:00 or after 18:00 will incur a surcharge from GBP 45 to GBP 75, depending on arrival time. Booking processing fees will apply to all bookings. Please note that check-out between 11:00 and 15:00 will incur a surcharge of GBP 40. This property uses bank transfer as one of its payment methods. Prior to arrival, the property will pre-authorise the credit/debit card in the amount of GBP 300 per apartment. This is not a charge and it will be released following an inspection of the apartments. Please note the property requires the card holder to be present and staying with the party, in order to verify the card details supplied at the time of booking. Please note due to the COVID pandemic we are requesting key information be sent to us digitally this is to speed up our check in process and cut down on contact. A nominal fee will be added to your invoice for cleaning fees these fees are variable and are based on lenght of stay and size of room. Please be advised that upon receiving your booking we will take up to approximately 30% of the total cost, from the card provided without further notice. This is part of our processing procedure in order to secure the property for your stay. The outstanding balance can be made via bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
