Please review the below information before making your reservation: The hotel does not accept bookings for more than 6 rooms. These reservations have different terms & conditions and are dealt with by the Hotels Groups Department. During home games, the property cannot accommodate guests/fans from the opposing team. The property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 250 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. The credit card used to make the booking will need to be processed at check-in and an additional authorisation will be taken. On check-in, the hotel will require guests to pre-authorise their credit/debit cards for a minimum of £50 to cover for any incidentals during the stay. Any unutilised amounts will be released back to the card. This usually happens within 5 working days depending on your banks processes. The hotel is a cashless property. The extra bed price does not include breakfast for the additional guest in the room. Millennium Hotels & Resorts hotels may implement enhanced security measures from time to time, such as required identification checks and/or security searches. Millennium Hotels & Resorts appreciate your understanding and co-operation during these times as the safety of guests and staff is of the utmost importance to the hotel. There is a car park available on-site at Stamford Bridge. This is not owned or operated by the hotel. No spaces can be reserved and no advance payment made. The maximum height allowed is 203cm.
