You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If guests check in late, they are requested to collect keys from Cromwell Crown Hotel, 139-141 Cromwell Road, SW7 4DX. Please note there are no lift facilities in the properties.
