Important Information

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Please note that the hotel has limited on-site parking spaces and therefore parking cannot be guaranteed. The service is given on a first-come-first-served basis. Off-site parking is also available. Guests under the age of 22 are only allowed when sharing a room with a parent in August. Please note that check-out times remain the same on Saturdays and Jewish holidays. If you require a room with disabled access, please notify the hotel in advance as these rooms have limited availability. The hotel's lift cannot accommodate wheelchairs. The rooftop terrace is not wheelchair accessible. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
