Important Information

The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorisation on arrival as was used for payment. The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged a penalty. Please be aware that Marlin operates a strict no-party, no gathering policy. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For bookings of more than 1 night, failure to check-in by 09:00 on the day after your booked arrival date, without prior notification that you intend to arrive at a later date, may result in your reservation being cancelled.
